Our story

Fourteen years on the square

The Copper Kettle started as six tables and a hand-me-down espresso machine in 2011. We've grown into the room next door since then, but the rules haven't changed: make it from scratch, buy it close to home, and know the regulars by name.

Rosa still bakes the pies. Dan still burns the first batch of biscuits every morning, on principle. And the kettle from the original counter still sits by the register.
