The hard part isn't the software. It's knowing what to ask it for.
I'm Ted. Most people already pay for ChatGPT, get back an answer written for somebody else, and decide it's overhyped. It isn't. It just has to know who you are, how you talk, and what you actually want done, and almost nobody gets told that.
I'm not a developer and I don't write code. What I do is work out what needs to happen and give the tools the direction to do it, then train your people until they can run it without me. Fixed price, agreed before we start.
What I do
Pick one thing or the whole set. Everything is fixed-price, so you know the number before we start. Websites I still build, but only for people I am already working with, and they are quoted separately.
AI setup session
Two hours, one person, on your own account and your own work. You leave with it configured, an instructions file in your words, and the prompts for the jobs you repeat every week.
Training & workshops
Half a day, hands-on, on your own tools, so the whole office can do this and not just you. I taught professionally; people leave knowing how.
Systems & automation
The quiet admin that eats your week, connected and automated so nothing keeps getting re-typed and follow-ups stop falling through.
A tech tune-up
An honest audit of what you're running and paying for, with a plain-language plan for what to keep, cut, and fix. Most audits find enough to cover the fee.
AI & the inbox
The flagship build: an assistant that sorts what matters, flags what needs you, and drafts replies for your approval. It never sends on its own.
Planning Center, for churches
People, Services, Giving and Church Center set up for how your church actually runs, then handed off with training your volunteers remember.
Fixed prices, published
Starting points, not final quotes. The list is public, and quotes never go below it.
Support runs Monday to Friday, next business day. Weekend work isn't for sale. Websites are quoted separately, for existing clients.
Some of the work
Two demonstration sites, built to show range. They are here as evidence I can execute, not as the thing I am selling.

Summit Air & Heat
A family HVAC company that lives on phone calls. Big tap-to-call buttons, upfront pricing, reviews, and a maintenance plan that builds recurring revenue.
Open live site
The Copper Kettle
A breakfast-and-lunch café on the square. Menu and hours a customer finds in five seconds, order-ahead up front, and all the warmth of the room.
Open live siteThese are demonstration sites with placeholder content, built to show range. Yours would be built around your name, your people, and your photos.
Want to see more?
There is a church side too, including a full redesign of a real church site plus three more examples.
Let's talk
Tell me which part of your week keeps eating itself, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what it would cost.
